What is there for me to know about neonatal nursing?

I love working with babies and my goal is that when I get out of college that I pursue this career. I would like to know what classes I might want to take in high school that might help me to be a nurse. Also, I want to know what my college and beyond schooling would be like if I were to be a neonatal nurse? How long would it take? Would I have to do another program? I want to get a job over the summer and it would be great if it were something that would give me exposure to the nursing field or the neonatology field...do you have any ideas? Any information that you know of is greatly appreciated!!
