What is this called please - Outdoor game?

Hi, I seem to remember a few years ago seeing advertised an outdoor game. It was a black tube that was about 10-12ft long that would fill up with air if you left it in the breeze and then would take off and carry you for a few yards. Does anybody know what this was called so i can get one?
