what would be an appropriate pay out figure to the following injuries sustained from a car accident which was not my fault. I am dealing with a lawyer but we have not gotten that far yet, and this is my first time doing this kind of thing and i have noone to give me advice. I am not after the money side of things but i feel it a little unfair that i may have to pay for future treatment in my life if this accident didnt occur. I am only 25 not married yet, havent had any children, still have a number of years that i have to work, and who knows how these injuries will affect me in the future.

i have been off work for 4 weeks now as the pain goes from my lower back through my left buttock right down my left leg to my ankle. I cant even walk properly or sit down.
