I've been searching for this fic for a long time. It's about how Naruto has a secret admirer that only his friends know who he is. The secret admirer is Sasuke (duh) and they always meet in Naruto's bedroom where Naruto wears a blindfold so he can't see Sasuke.
Also, when Kiba slaps Naruto on the leg before Sasuke and Naruto meet Sasuke traces on Naruto's chest, 'who.' He soon finds out it's Kiba and the next day Kiba comes to school with a big bruise.
And every time after one of their meetings Sasuke will send Naruto a basket with stuff and a letter.
The whole story is about three chapters long and is rated M.
