What is with the teddy bear in COD 5 zombies asylum?

well more than once since i started playing the new zombies map...i have gotten a teddy bear that causes the box to destroy and the box doesnt cum back. I heard that the box relocates to a different place..is that true? or is the box done for the rest of the game?
