What is wrong with me? :( 10 easy points!?

I have been getting bruises for no reason in the last two months. They are not big but tiny. When I touch them I can feel like a lump under them. I have two on my arms and one on one leg. They fade away with time but appear again in different places. I bled from my gums 2 days ago and now my gums are turning blue. The area around my teeth is dark blue and looks like there is blood under my gums. :/ I was pressing down on my belly today and the upper right abdomen hurts when I touch :/ I bled from my anus about twice in the last 2 months. Also, there is blood in my nose (very very small amount). I am very tired most of the time. What is wrong with me?
