I just recently got 9 Apple/Mystery Snails.
They were all acting just fine roaming around and eating.
Now all but one of them is laying upside down almost fully in their shells. I picked on up to see if I touched him if he would go in his shell fully. He did not move at all. The other one is moving very slowly and is not all the way out of his shell like normal.

Are they dead? What is wrong with them?
Has anyone had this happen before?
