What is wrong with my computer/internet?!?

All the other websites worked fine today.
I got on a little bit later and my YouTube inbox wouldn't load. Soon,the My Account page wouldn't load,now YouTube won't load at all.
Everything else is working fine,though.
I even deleted cookies,pictures and other files I don't need,and installed programs I never use.

Help?!
