what is wrong with my computer/internet?

my computer it self works....the internet seems to work but the things that use the internet. (browsers,updates etc.) don't seem to be receiving internet what could be the problem.?

i included a pic of how my internet looks like when its connected

**its not my network/internet** but it is how it looks once connected. also i have vista just to let you know...let me know or email me ([email protected]) if you need any other information
 
Try unplugging and plugging back in your modem. Then, if that doesn't work it, do it with your router.
