What is wrong with my female dog?

My female Jack Russell terrier (8 lbs) is 7 months old in 6 days and she had trouble sleeping all night. She kept walking around the bed no matter what I did. I took her out for walks (made #1), fed her (she didn't eat), and gave her some water (rejected). She would not sleep.
This morning, she was about to sit down to bite her toy, but when her vulva touched the ground, she screached and cried like never before. She immediately changed her position. She did the same things again on the deck 2 minutes later. She tried licking down there but again screached and cried. We had her lay down and gave her tummy rubs. She is not the same dog. She is very sad and tired.

Please help! What is wrong with her?
 
i cant say whats wrong with your dog however obviously from what youve said said shes in pain, take her to the vets asap and find out whats wrong with her
 
This sounds crazy but I just found this out so I am currently freaking out...

Have you given your dog any flea medication or a bath? because I just read that certain brands of shampoo for dogs can cause severe reactions. Some of them included panting, sweating, drooling, pacing, and seizures. I read that sergeants and hartz brand of meds can cause these. And I just used one on my dog so im currently trying to figure out what to do since vets are not open.

But if you didnt do anything out of the ordinary with your dog, i would take him to the vet for a check up...

Unfortunately, a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) will not always show signs or symptoms. Some dogs that are currently affected by a UTI will whimper or yelp while urinating (due to excessive pain). However, this may also suggest that the disease is already in its advanced stages.
A mild case of UTI is very manageable for dogs and other small animals. This is the reason why this medical concern is often ignored during its early stages. Unless you take your dog to a veterinarian for regular checkups, it is unlikely that you will be able to determine if your dog is suffering from a mild case of UTI.

Urinary tract infections in dogs can be classified into two categories. A dog UTI can be classified as an upper urinary tract infection or a lower urinary tract infection. These two types of dog UTI's each portray different symptoms. The common symptoms of upper urinary tract infections are weight loss, vomiting and anorexia.
