I got it about a week ago, brand-new. It wasn't used. The battery died about an hour after using it, so I took it home and charged it after I got back from work. I couldn't get the wall charger to work at all, and it was plugged into my computer for 3 hours before it even started to charge. After that, it worked for a few days, but it's refusing to charge again, just like the night I got it.
I've also noticed that the battery life is exceptionally low. Literally listening to music for one hours while its on sleep mode and not touching it drained the battery to half.On a full charge, I can play games or watch videos for 30 minutes before it dies. I'm new to smartphones, but this doesn't seem normal to me.
