Ok, well my phone speaker/sound system is messed up because it keeps making this squeaky noise when i try to play a song and when somebody calls or texts me, and my phone's not on silent it doesn't play any sound it just vibrates like it's on silent when it's not. Please tell me how i can fix this problem because this is my second sony ericsson phone i've had [model: w580i] and it seems like every 3-4 months my phone breaks or something happens to my phone and causes me to need another one. But i don't want the same phone anymore because this phone keeps messing up. Please tell me what is wrong with my phone, how i can solve this problem, and how i can get a brand new different phone because i've only had this phone for 7-8 months and my 2 yr. upgrade is not nearly here yet.
please help!!

p.s. And someone told me to turn down my speakers on my phone but i tried that and that doesn't help not one bit... I'm now taking out my battery for 10 mins. but i don't think that will help because that has nothing to do with the speakers on my phone.
