what is wrong with the porsche 944?

ive been looking to buy my first car and i found a porsche 944 and when i showed it to my parents they said you dont want that because those are the worst cars porsche ever made. what can you tell me about them that makes them so bad
1983,84,88, porsche 944 and also does anyone know anything about a 1977 Porscheo 924 ROSSI MARTINI
 
what year? That makes a huge diffrence on what your talking about.
 
There's nothing wrong with the car, it's not the worst porsche ever made, but you could probably find something more reliable and safe than a 944 for your first car. If you do get a 944 though, you should have a mechanic give it a look over just to be sure its a sound car.
