What is your favorite Italian dish?

I'm a master chef in the making(lol) and I love to cook Italian meals, but I need something new... What is your favorite Italian dish?
 
Pasta because you can make your own special sauce and it doesn't matter what is in it as long as its got pasta.
 
mine is lasagna, I don't eat much pasta anymore but if lasagna is in the offering i'm in...it is also one of the few dishes i make myself at home and i had cottage and ricotta cheese to mine
 
try making some deserts italian ones r the best or u also can try Polpettine alla Griglia and Baduzzi
 
try making some classic recipes eg. my favourites are lasagne and pizza...try making them even better!
 
ravioli with cheese stuffed in it covered with marinara sauce
fettuccine Alfredo
 
pizza or risen peta bread that has some olive oil on it. I am italian myself and I know for a fact that most dishes are basically finished with a a small sprinkle of olive oil and basil.
 
I love classic Italian food. Linguine con Vognole is one of my favourites. Also Caponata as a starter.
