For me it would have to be McCormick and Schmick's Blackened Style Mako Shark. Served over a bed of mashed potatoes with shoestring onion rings and a chili corn salsa. It is really good !
I'm allergic to all shellfood and I'm not fond of most other fish dishes. I DO like canned tuna, and deep fried fish and chips meals. Salmon, in ANY form will turn my stomach.
A big surprise was when I tried a catfish dish at a place in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. It wasn't bad, but I suspect I was tasting more of the almond based gravy than I was fish.
