What is your highest safe drving speed in a jeep wrangler?

looking at buying a 04-06 tj jeep wrangler unlimited and was wondering what would be about the fastest speed i could go on the interstate ? and how much would a lift cause at those speeds? Local interstate speed limit is 70 so would want to be able to do around 78??
 
Depends on road conditions. Jeep Wranglers are not made to drive fast, but the longer wheel based Wrangler will help at higher speeds. Plus you need to factor in the speed limit on the road you are driving on.
