what is your martial arts routine?

you think this is an effective training regime

Run 10 Kilometers (Approx. 6 Miles)
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups.
100 Pull-ups
30 Minutes "Training"(could be anything stealth,meditaition,gymnastics)
100 Punches to punching bag, i.e.- Heavy Bag

say i do this everyday with one-two days of rest

p.s when is say pushups ill use a variety of pushups same with situps
