What kind of beef should I pick up to make jerky in my new dehydrator? ?

When I google what kind of meat to make jerky I get the same answers: Lean, ground meat. I don't want ground meat (it looks like flat, processed meat when it's finished) I want to make real beef jerky. So when I go to the store what kind/cut of beef should I pick up????
