What kind of careers require the least amount of travel?

I am terrified of airplanes. I am trying to decide on an major and want to go into a field that will be based in one location without having to travel all over the place. I would like to travel, don't get me wrong... i have awful anxiety attacks that are triggered by travel. Anyway, thanks

I am the same. Any field is fine as long as you choose a job that does not require travelling - this would mean sales or high end management positions. Don't let your anxiety rule your future. Just do what your heart desires and go from there.
