Well it depends on cruise line but usually it falls in this order:

Most Expensive: European

In the Middle: Alaskan and Bahamas are pretty close.

Least Expensive: Caribbean

European cruises are usually the most expensive because of the trans-atlantic length. Cruises to Canada tend to be cheaper. But it really depends more on the cruise line than the destination. For example, Celebrity and Princess cruise lines will charge a lot more than Carnival because of the difference in quality and service.
