My guy friend keeps saying he really likes me and asks me out... and then he says "ahh I'm just kidding", and laughs. I usually go silent, or say "What???" It really pisses me off though, because I like him. We're both almost 18 by the way. He says one day he will get desperate and want to go out with me. Why would he do this?
