A LUFA!
most definitely. it's ruff and removes all the dry skin and it helps your hair grow outward instead of inward (preventing ingrown hairs)
also use an exfoliating body scrub with little beads in it.
 
related to exfoliation exists? What is the best thing to exfoliate with ?
