Requirements:

-Practical in a sense that even the general old man or a cripple can do it and keeping in mind of economy of motion and no needing to wrestle and use a lot of energy to get into a certain position or way to make a move work in any situation.
-Combat effective as in taking out the opponent(s) quickly without wasting time and making the fight last about 2-3 minutes and using very subtle and small movements meaning that there are not or very few strikes that are very apparent but techniques that are not so noticeable and tricky.
-Giving Zest in ones life as they can can do the martial art and it brings them simple joy and also to see the martial art not as work but rather something you can do everyday such as cooking and eating.
-Restores or improves health as in having the vitality of a tiger as it is about to pounce on it's prey but in terms of having energy for the whole day.
-Makes people actually think about life as a whole and to increase their understanding of reality ultimately.
-Making oneself more independent and begin to look past superficial images that have been set on modern views.
-Allowing one to see oneself as a human being and that the opponent(s) are also human beings as well.
-Allowing to look past sports and competition but to build oneself to grow as a human being.
-No need for one to feel extreme pain or get hurt to get better as keeping in mind of can a cripple with limbs that are defective cannot do.
-Keeping in mind that in any threaten situation that you are the "underdog."
-Prefers to have skill to beat pure brute strength as they say that the person who is bigger and stronger will win in one to one brute strength combat so this means that the person who can do it more skillfully and correctly without rely all on speed and power to perform the technique can win as one knows that there will always be somebody stronger or faster.

I would like to see if there are any martial arts that people can actually name that can fulfill these requirements. Everybody should have standards of why they practice a martial art, so this is my standard.

For martial arts, I really mean martial arts as in a way to stop a fight or end conflict quickly. I do not mean martial sport. Situations are different regarding in location, time of day, and how many attackers.
Logically thinking, I highly doubt there are cripples who can do muay thai to the fullest extent if they are disabled or any martial art that requires extreme conditioning that requires a person to do leg stretches when they cannot.
