I seriously doubt it was pork chops and applesauce but I might be wrong..

There is more besides bread and wine. Jesus and the disciples were celebrating the Jewish Passover. So they were having the traditional passover meal. Lamb, bitter herbs, unleavened bread, and other things I cannot remember.
