What kind of meals can I make with fruit & vegetables only?

grill them on skewers!! i was on south beach diet and this was a common meal of mine. use

-green bell peppers
-tomatoes
-onions (pearl ones work best b/c they are round)
-mandarin oranges or navels
-pineapple
-zucchini
-carrots
-broccoli
-cauliflower

it's SO good.

you can also saute the above in a skillet w/some olive oil
 
try googling vegetarian recipes, a bunch of sites come up that i think might help
 
For something really easy just do a stir fry with whatever vegetables you have, also I like to lightly steam whatever vegatables I can find in my fridge with salt. So simple and so easy.
 
raw veggies

i starting eating raw vegetables since yesterday and it's kind of making me sick to my stomache, I don't know why. I personally think grilling it or steaming is the best way to consume veggies than just eating them raw. I try not to but i get lazy and just wrap those veggies and microwave them; another way to steam them.
