What kind of vinyl is used for plastic applications such as Dirt Bike graphics?

Hi everyone,

I want design and print my own Dirt Bike Graphics, can someone help me step by step?
I have Illustrator and Photoshop already I just need to know how to:

1) Print the design for the exact size and dimensions as the real piece.
2)How to Cut
3)What kind of Vinyl to use
4)Any protective film?

There is an industry already that makes all kind of graphics check them out so you know what im talking about
