Hi im a 22 year old with Asperger's Syndrome and I've been bullied pretty much all the way through my life. Mostly it is emotional bullying but there has been a lot of physical attacks in the past. I want to be able to defend myself from attacks but I'm afraid. I have tried Thai boxing and Taekwondo and they are too rough for me. Are there any martial arts out there that work in real fights and are suitable for me, if so can someone please give me some advice. I am also overweight and unfit.
