...not too pricey? I am thinking of a biofeedback that shows pictures or words and gives you feedback if you have become stressed or relaxed. And you as the 'player' can direct your thoughts/response into more positive relaxed state. Is there anything like this out there? Any info is appreciated. Thanks.
