It came out 2 or 3 years ago. All I can remember from the trailer is it's about a young man who somehow shows up at a couple's house and starts terrorizing them and kind of makes a game out of mentally torturing them. I think I remember the woman saying something like "Why don't you just kill us already?" and then he says something like "Where's the fun in that?"
