What MS Excel formula will be used if you are managing an internet café?

Formulas for knowing the charge per customer, and the daily sales.

These are my charges:
less than an hour= Php10.00
1 hour= Php15.00

and I also want to add up the daily sales in this project.
Pls. Help!
