what nationality are you.

American/white

Now down the line I guess theres some German, Irish, English, and Dutch.

Honestly if your white, and you live in America, why does it matter? Theres been so much mixing that past family nationalities are irrelevant.

My point exactly. What I can't understand is how many people claiming they're 50% Italian/50% German (or all the other stupid mixes in here). Unless your parents are 100% either of those, you aren't 50% anything.

What, are you serious? I can't be proud of my family history in a thread dedicated to it?

You need to calm down, pal. It was obviously a joke on my family since half of them can't read very well. Read a book, you'd understand why.

If you talk to any TRUE northern Italian (my grandmother) they will deny any affiliation with Sicily. Italians HATE Sicilians, because they are of "mixed blood."

QFT. It's nuts, but true.

My dads side of the family is from Northern Italy and my moms side is from Sicily. The older generations can't stand it. It's a good time at family reunions though.

That really surprises me that they even get together. I asked for sicilian pizza at my grandmom's one time (when I was young) and she threw a spoon at me.
