I have:
-Dual Core 3ghz
-4gb RAM
-Nvidia 210 1gb

Now which part of my computer needs to be upgraded, so I can get better quality on games like Skyrim. I was thinking the graphics card should be the first to go, but i could use a second opinion and some suggestions.

Upgrade your graphic card for sure since that is the main component for video games :P.

Your RAM is fine, but if you want to upgrade go ahead, they are relatively cheap now (I've seen some as low as 20$/8gb after rebates)

Something else you might want to consider, your hard drive. If you want better performance (less lag, etc) then I'd recommend upgrading that after your video card. If you're running 5.2-5.9k RPM, then I recommend upgrading to 7.2-10K RPM for sure. The BEST upgrade for speed is getting an SSD, most are 5-10x faster than normal hard drives!

GRAPHICS i am just jealous of your computer. the processor is just epix with 3ghz so no problem there. 4gig ram does not need to be risen because your computer wont by using RAM to run the games.

It looks good as is to me. You could go up to 6 to 8 GB of ram but that want help
games any. Somehow though I just like 8 GB of ram. This desktop here I built for
a gaming computer even though I am not a gamer. But as a result I have one heck
of a super computer. You computer runs okay, right? It looks like it should.

EVERYTHING!! for one, yes the GFX card needs to be upgraded, probably to a GTX 560 Ti or better, make sure you get a Power Supply that can support that card (600w or better) A new Processor (quad core or better) RAM should be good (i run 4GB and have very few problems)

I say go ahead and replace your video card. Your CPU doesn't sound very fun (is it Sandy Bridge? Can you overclock it?), but it will hold on (you could replace it in the near future). Your RAM is totally fine. You could add another stick if possible (6 GB) and another one later on (8 GB), but not now.
