What phone in T-Mobile has the largest screen?

I love phones with large screens, keyboards aren't my issue.
I really want the HTC HD7, but the myTouch 4G's front facing camera is a really awesome feature. And I can video chat with family/friends.

What's better?
Features?

If you check at www.freecellphonesource.com they have all the newest Cell phones out right now and 99% of them are free with New carrier Service. And you can compare the phones and plans to see what you like better. Thats were I got mine. Hope this helps
