What phone should i get Iphone 4s or Photon 4g?

My dad accidentally bought me the Photon 4g today but he is willing to go swap it for an iphone 4s. I was looking at the photon online and it looks kinda cool. Both phones have great speed but i dont know how to get songs onto the photon 4g. can i still use itunes. Does android have the same apps like angry birds ext. If i can do all this ill spare my dad his feelings and keep the phone.

Of course you can play Angry birds on android You can install all sorts of apps on androids that you can on an iPhone too. If you like it and are ok with it, then go with it. If your dad Wants to change it for you and he is ok with that, and you want that, explain everything to him, he'll understand and will be equally happy by getting you the thing you like best - after all it was his intention.
