What porsche should I get for under $23,000?

I've decided to get a porsche. I'm in my early 20s. I like the 993, 996, and 997. Any thoughts? Is it even worth getting an early 2000s boxster. I figure I'd be better off with an e30 or e46 (m3) bmw instead of the Boxster. Thanks.
