...Myofusion by gaspari nutrition? i lift around 10-midnightish then go to sleep around 1 or 2, which is better to take after my workout/before bed
 
naw screw those products

just go with muscle milk or nitrotech hardcore. go to your local GNC and they should have nitrotech hardcore protein power.

avoid things like creatine, those muscle mass builders are bad for you. its kinda like just adding waterweight its nothing. just pumps you up but u stop and the muscles go away. and its not good for you. Go with the protein powders.

if u think making shakes are gonna be annoying buy muscle milk protein bars.

and those shakes have more protein so pretty much its more fatness. and bars have less of that.
if ur trynna get more ripped. just to let ya know.

but either way drinking or eating things like that are bad for you when ur about to go to sleep. so drink or eat it as u workout or right after. and just take a shower and do hw or something till 1. i doubt u workout for 3 hrs straight anyways.

natural is always the best way to go, and just change your diet. eat eggs or sometin its all online.
haha my cousin had to eat a whole freaking chicken everyday and a whole loaf of bread and 1 lb of beef everyday. it was disgusting but he got jacked as shit. all natural and that muscle stays. now hes like 6 ft 5 and now hes starting to loose that fat and just get ripped.

crazy...im only 5 ft 10 and were both korean...damn i should have ate 1 chicken everyday. . .
