also what does *69 people say that makes the call blocked? i dont get it LOL. do i write it before a number?

When you dial *69 before a number, the number's caller ID will show up as RESTRICTED. But it can't be like speed dials or whatever, its the legit number. Ex: *69 (wait for dialtone) 999-888-7777 :D
