i have both an electic razor and normal razor with shaving cream. im 16 years old and i shave my face once a week usually, but i always break out i dont know if its my razor or my electric razor. is ok to shave on your cheeks, where there is peach fuzz? i usually only shave my chin, mustache, and side burns. but i have a feeling i have acne on my cheeks cuz i dont shave them. should i shave my whole face? electric or normal?
