What really separates Myth from Religion since religion is full of myths?

Let's face it there are no concrete facts presented in either. If you do have the undisputable fact, please let me know. And no, faith and belief are not factual proof.

The only line of seperation is time. What about greek mythology? That used to be a true religion, even the romans adapted to it and made it their own. but now we consider it mythology. It can also go the other way round. For example: after people stopped believing in lycans, other people passed on the myths to their children about lycans. Eventualy, beleif of lycans was re-established.
The latter example was a bad one because a society of disbeliever also formed due to this.

A problem arises in the request for "undisputed" fact because kooks will find reason, due their disturbed minds,to dispute the most documented facts.Astonishing examples include those who dispute the fact that 6 million Jews were murdered by the Nazis and the fact that historical records that show that over 600 people personally saw Jesus after he was reseructed from His grave,

There is no separation. They can overlap because they are not mutually exclusive nor is one the subset of the other necessarily. Think of those Venn diagrams in grade school.

Religion is a result of myth. Mythology is a concept, usually fueled by word of mouth or other stories written. Religion is the ordered practice of putting those concepts into action.
