What regulations would restrict me from setting up commercial internet in

my Army office? I work in an office where over 32 soldiers share 2 computers. My intent is to set up commercial internet access (not government network) for people's personal computers so they can check their pay, download manuals, email, or other tasks that don't carry any level of classification. Can anyone tell me if there are an opposing army regulations or DOD directives?

Well, if it's a government building, the government has to sign off on it - you cannot own individual services inside a building you do not.

You'll have to wait until after working hours to look at your porn, sorry.
