what rims should i buy for my infiniti g 35?

i want to buy 20'' rims staggered for my infiniti g 35 05'. what offset should i get? thanks can you send me a pic of yours if you have one.
 
Something you should know is those tires are gonna be expensive and CANNOT be rotated completely. If they are directional then they cannot be rotated at all.
