What romantic dinner can I cook?

Turkey Tetrazzini is a delicious way to use cooked or left over turkey. This is a link to a simple recipe. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/turkey-tetrazzini-ii/

Serve with a salad. One of my favorites is mixed greens, preferably romaine and boston lettuce, arugula, toasted pecan or walnuts, dried sweetened cranberries with Raspberry dressing, Ken's Steakhouse makes a very tasty Lite Raspberry Pecan or Walnut dressing which most supermarkets carry. If you don't eat a lot of salad, just pick up a package of mixed greens in the produce section.

A simple tasty dessert is sliced pound cake, topped with a scoop of ice cream and Nutella or Hot fudge sauce.

1 lb. ground turkey
1 can Hunt's chunky spaghetti sauce (less than 1 fat gram per serving)
Diced onion
Diced bell pepper
Oregano
Basil
Garlic powder
Spaghetti

In large skillet, brown turkey and drain well. Add onions and peppers. Continue to cook until peppers and onions are tender. Add spaghetti sauce and seasonings. Simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and rinse well.

A turkey and stuffing bake in a Croc Pot would be delicious and you can even use Stovetop instant stuffing. All you would need is your diced turkey, a box of Stovetop stuffing, cream of potato or celery soup, a cup of chicken broth, and some peas, green beans, or both. Depending on if the turkey is cooked or not, you would cook it for 7 hours if uncooked and 4-5 if cooked. It is warm and cozy.

Something light. Like a soup and salad and some biscuits or bread sticks....

For a salad I would do a Hot Bacon Spinach Salad (recipe is for 4 servings so adjust accordingly)

Ingredients
8 ounces young spinach
2 large eggs
8 pieces thick-sliced bacon, chopped
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 large white mushrooms, sliced
3 ounces red onion (1 small), very thinly sliced

Directions

Remove the stems from the spinach and wash, drain and pat dry thoroughly. Place into a large mixing bowl and set aside.

Place the eggs into an electric kettle and cover with cold water by at least 1-inch. Turn the kettle on. Once the water comes to a boil, the kettle will turn itself off. Leave the eggs in the water for 15 minutes. Remove and peel off the shell. Slice each egg into 8 pieces and set aside.

While the eggs are cooking, fry the bacon and remove to a paper towel to drain, reserving 3 tablespoons of the rendered fat. Crumble the bacon and set aside.

Transfer the fat to a small saucepan set over low heat and whisk in the red wine vinegar, sugar and Dijon mustard. Season with a small pinch each of kosher salt and black pepper.

Add the mushrooms and the sliced onion to the spinach and toss. Add the dressing and bacon and toss to combine. Divide the spinach between 4 plates or bowls and evenly divide the egg among them. Season with pepper, as desired. Serve immediately.
