What sattelite does american TV channels like ABC, CBS and The CW belong to?

I am a huge fan of american series, like One tree hill, Flash Forward, Grey's Anatomy, Heroes, Supernatural and so on. The biggest problem is that I live in Norway, and I don't have Access to these channels. I have to watch everything over the internet, and sometimes that can be difficult.

So I was wondering if you guys could tell me what Satellite and frequency (if possible), so that I can try to stream them.

Those channels do not broadcast to Europe, so will not be on any satellite you can pick up.

Rather the individual programs are made avalable for sale to networks/stations there.
