...be? What kind of world should it be? The main character of my book is a man in his mid to late twenties. As a boy his father was a preacher. One day, the father brought him to one of the exorcisms he was doing, to show him. But the demon controlling the young girl was actually Abaddon (king of hell, angel of destruction, the name itself means "to perish", some believe he is the antichrist or satan himself). The father managed to remove the demon, but in revenge it entered his son, where the father caged it away. For some reason, in the story, the man is almost killed. But Abaddon isn't through with him yet, and since he is so close to death, the cage is weakened, allowing Abaddon to take control of his body. All of his wounds instantly heal, Pure energy radiates from his body, and the fires of hell itself burn with ice cold flames around him. Abaddons voice, human form, all shift from the original body (a permanent effect... Abaddon's human form is.. basically human. White hair, as brilliant as diamonds, Skin as pale as the clouds. His eyes are crimson red and death black, and the pupils form a cat-eye. Certain parts of his body have tatoos of pentagrams and other symbols [back of his hands, 666 on his forehead, and running down his abs and chest.]) Abaddon, little shreds apart the attackers. For the rest of the story, Abaddons cage is only slightly locked. Whenever the mans sinful emotions show (lust, greed, hate, anger), Abaddon influences him, and he becomes extremely powerful. And when the man loses control (anger beyong control, close to death- basically, the closer to hell he gets, the more Abaddon gains strength) Abaddon takes over his body completely, and the power of hell is his. (He's the angel of destruction, i think you know how tese scenes turn out). Also, the man and the demon talk from then on, internally of course. Argueing and Discussing things amungst themselves. Now i need help with the story. PLEASE tell me any good ideas you have of what the conflict should be? What his goal should be? And how should i tell it? Should it be from the demons persepective? Third person? The mans perspective? And what should the world be like? Should it be filled with angels and demons manifesting themselves in people? Or a normal world? Or should it be after the antichrist reveals himself? Need some help PLEASE. Now i know that in the end of the story, I'm going to have the man realize that if he doesn't release Abaddon from his body, he'll gain total control and destroy everything. So, he resists the demons (very powerful by now) influence long enough to kill himself. *i might have a epilogue or something in the story where Abaddon enters his body and gains complete control *gasps** PLEASE HELP!
