Okay so I'm out of shape. I'm not obese but overweight. I am on week 5 of my couch to 5k program which I do 3 days a week. I'm going to add yoga (I'm a beginner at it) 3 days a week when I'm not running. What else should I add to help with weight loss? I work 2 full time job (managing family businesses) so I don't have a ton of time but I just got engaged and am committed to being able to wear a bathing suit (without being mortified) by my honeymoon. I have free weights at my condo and would be willing to buy other things to do in my condo. What else should I be doing and how much each day? Also I will be eating very healthy, this question is targeted at the fitness aspect. Thanks guys!
