What should I do about meeting her parents?

So my gf and I are both in college I am a chemical engineer major and she is a science major. Our relationship has gotten to the point where we can't keep either her family nor mine out of knowing that we are going out. Now, the biggest issue is not my family as they are not concerned about it....however she comes from a higher social class than I do and I am Hispanic/Mexican decent. This will pose a huge issue with her family I feel like since I know most Caucasian families/people don't regard Hispanics too well... What should I do?
 
Be polite. Say the mother looks beautiful. Dont go upstairs alone with the girl for a long time.
 
Just be really polite and socialize with her family and try to get them to like you and don't disagree with them at all. and don't like.... kiss her a lot. They may not like that.
