What should I do about my oily skin?

I have extremely oily skin and I'm SO embarassed by it. I dont know what to do.. I've probably tried everything! When I`m at school I have to touch up my make up every 45 minutes because it gets greasy so fast!! How do I stop the oily ness of my skin? I also have a few breakouts.

I have oily skin too! Before I put my make-up on, I put on some toner (I like Origins). I also use a face wash specifically for acne (Neutragena Stress Control).
