So i got this phone in october this year. Luckily it lasted until june with only minor problems. In june the screen went white and says verizon operator, it was a software malfunction. They sent me an all new phone, but because of the insurance it had to be the same phone. Not even a month later i plug it on its charger at night and wake up the next morning where normally, the phone would be charged ( even though the battery dies quite fast) and the phone went black. It wouldnt turn on. It was like it was dead to the world, and its practically brand new. It would only turn back on if it was connected to its charger. Somehow i managed to fix it, and i dont know how i did. But its really irratating. All i wanted in october was a phone that worked and until two years from then i haveto have the same disfuntional phone over and over again. I really dont want to have l deal with this
