What should I do/buy if I scratched the aluminum outside of my brand new MacBook?

I carelessly had my new laptop in the case with the charger and a few other things. When I took it out to use it, I realized something else must have rubbed up against the outside, and left some deep scratches in the metal. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to get them out?
