What should I do for a future generations documentary ?

I have to do a leadership project and the only thing I HAVE to do for it is to 'bring arts to the community'. I decided to do a documentary (my friend is having a local film feast for her project so that's how I'm bringing it to the community)

So far I have one idea: the future generation. But I'm not exactly sure how to do it.

asking adult, teens, and children about todays world and the future?

interviewing adult about how they think the next generation will handle everything and interview kids/teens about how they think they will handle it?

Any suggestions?

you could also look at up and coming social scenes in your community, new trends in local art, food, etc, new politicians in your area, what people would like to see in the future
